In this workshop you will learn to use the synergistic knowledge from Chinese medicine, western research, and the experience of different diets, and how that impacts on your clinical practice.

About Peter Torssell
M.Chin. Med.

In practice since 1988, Peter has run a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic that includes Acupuncture, Food Therapy and Chinese Herbal Medicine. He is Head Teacher at the Stockholm Akupunkturakademin and runs courses in Denmark, Finland, Norway, England, Belgium and Malaysia. He is author of a book on Chinese Food Therapy, published in 2000, written in Swedish and also available in Finnish.
